Refund Policy

At CHICKADEE'S LLC, we take pride in delivering high-quality food and exceptional service. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we aim to handle cancellations and refunds fairly for both our customers and our team.

1. Order Cancellations

If you cancel a scheduled service 4 months or more in advance, you will receive a full refund (unless any non-refundable charges such as deposits or fees).
If you cancel an order within 2 months of the scheduled service, you may not receive a refund, or a partial refund will be provided, depending on incurred costs.
Cancellations made within 2 weeks of the event date are non-refundable, as ingredients and preparations are typically already underway.

2. Deposit Policy

To confirm your booking, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required.
This deposit secures your event date and covers initial preparation costs.
The remaining balance is due 30 days after the event.

3. Event Changes

If you need to reschedule your event, we’ll do our best to accommodate your new date based on availability.
Rescheduling requests made at least 2 weeks before the event may transfer the deposit to the new date.
Requests made less than 2 weeks before the event may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original method of payment.
Please note that bank or credit card processing times may vary.

5. Order Errors or Quality Issues

If there is a problem with your service or order (e.g., incorrect items or quality concerns), please contact us within 24 hours of your event.
We may offer a partial refund, replacement, or credit depending on the nature of the issue.
Photos or supporting documentation may be requested to help us resolve your concern promptly.
